Unconscious Bias to Inclusive Leadership hosted by Catalyst Canada

This workshop hosted by Catalyst Canada, YWCA Canada's partner in the In Good Company project, is focused on having participants understand how biases play out at the individual, interpersonal, and organizational levels.

Attendees gain practical tools for addressing biases within each level and have the opportunity to practice inclusion through interactive components.

Focus Areas: Culture of Inclusion Modeling; Awareness of Bias & Valuing of D&I Dialogue & Bias Interruption; Trust, Safety, Fairness & Innovation; People Development.

This workshop will be hosted by Catalyst Canada on Adobe Connect. All participants are required to complete a pre-survey by July 17 and to review a workbook which will be shared 2 weeks prior to the session.

To participate in this interactive workshop, participants will need to join via computer as well as by phone. The dial-in information will be shared 2 days prior to the session.
